For Billy Joel’s fans at Taco Bell Arena, his first and maybe last visit was well worth braving a brisk yesterday night on campus. Billy Joel poked fun all night long. At his baldness and his age. The two-hour concert had an informal flair, as if Billy was not the 6th best-selling recording singer in the US, but some wise-ass killing it on piano at a holiday party. But it was real fun to watch Billy Joel with his enthusiastic, 7-piece band knocking out memorable hits that filled the room with pure sounds.
