Led Zeppelin are back on track!
Led Zeppelin have played their first concert for more than 19 years, lasting about two hours, before nearly 20,000 fans in London. They opened the concert with Good Times Bad Times, the first track on the first album, then the greatest hits were played: Black Dog, Dazed and Confused, and finally after more than an hour, the legendary Stairway to Heaven. More than one million people took part in a secret ballot for the 9,000 pairs of tickets available for Monday’s show. Plant told the fans that the reunion had meant a lot to the group members.

Top Concert Venue Award Nominees
Vector Arena is one of the nominees to be crowned International Arena of the Year. The arena is one of 7 nominees and the only contender from the southern hemisphere. The Pollstar Awards are nominated by professionals in concert industry and voted on by Pollstar subscribers. Guy Ngata, chief executive officer of Vector Arena, said the nomination was a huge honor for all those who worked on the arena project.

A glorious event will take place at Birmingham’s National Indoor Arena where pupils from four Coventry schools will be singing on Wednesday and Thursday as part of the Young Voices projects. They will be singing with Lee Ryan, former member of boy band Blue, opera singers Alexander Grove and Louise Sjostedt, and beat boxer Beardyman. The concert is targeted at raising money for charities Clic Sargeant and Great Ormond Street Hospital.
